The riad is offered for exclusive rental.
Breakfast is included for up to 8 people.
Rates are provided upon request and vary depending on the season.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days before the stay.
Traditional Moroccan meals can be prepared upon request at an additional cost.
Compliance with Moroccan law
Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited, including prostitution and pimping. The introduction and use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited and may lead to legal prosecution. In case of non-compliance with Moroccan law, the relevant authorities may be notified. Offenders are liable to severe criminal penalties, which may also apply to owners in cases of complicity or tolerance.
Access control
Only persons who have provided a copy of their passport at the time of booking are allowed to access the riad. Passports may be requested again upon arrival for verification. In accordance with local regulations, this information may be shared with the police authorities.Upon arrival, each guest must complete an information form.

House rules
The riad is entirely non-smoking indoors. For hygiene and safety reasons, the kitchen is not accessible for meal preparation. However, a microwave and refrigerator are available. As part of an eco-friendly approach, towels are changed every two days and bed linen once a week.For safety reasons, children must be accompanied by an adult on the terrace.

Check-out
Check-out must take place no later than 11:00 AM. You may leave your luggage safely at the riad until your departure to the airport.
Check-in
Check-in is from 4:00 PM. If the riad is available earlier, we will be happy to welcome you before this time.
